Adware

Is your computer acting slow lately? Chances are, this is due to adware. Adware are small programs that run in the background which promote one or many products. There are many variants of adware but the common theme amongst are for advertising purposes.

Adware can be acquired through many means but are mainly attributable to shareware or freeware. It's true. Many so called "freeware" or "shareware" program that lets you use their program for free (or with certain limitations) are funded by advertisers. These advertisers obviously benefit every time you make a purchase as a result of the "promotion" associated with the program download.

Furthermore, some adware are really pesky. Even with adware removal programs, many of them cannot be found and eliminated for that manner. Do not lose hope however! Oftentimes, a new strain of adware that appears that seem to slow and hinder your every movement of internet browsing can be eliminated with the right products give time.
